Lease / Lease Back Project to construct a 26,510 sf Elementary School consisting of an Administration / Multi Purpose Building and (3) Classroom Buildings with additive alternate to include a 4,368 sf Library / Computer Lab.

Base bid includes all work to construct Buildings “A”, “D”, “E” and “F”, and all site work and utilities to include construction of the building pad and site utilities to 5’ outside Buildings “B” & “C”. All trades typical of school construction are required. Construction consists of wood framing with plaster finish, metal panels, shingle and TPO roofing. Construction Time is: 450 calendar days.

As District is seeking qualification in the CHPS program, bidders are strongly encouraged to use products named in Specifications. Substitutions MUST be approved prior to bid.
